1 Install

When the download is finished, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Download and install the Appgate SDP Client from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Download and install the Appgate SDP Client from Google Play Store on your Android device.

2 Configure

Start the Appgate SDP client. Click the button below to automatically configure the client by adding a profile.

If automatic configuration doesn't work, you can copy the profile link and paste it into the client when prompted, or view the profile link.

Open the Appgate SDP client on your Android device, then scan the QR code below to automatically configure your profile:

Open the Appgate SDP app and tap "Add Profile", then use the "Scan QR Code" option to scan this code.

3 Connect

Sign in to the Appgate SDP client using your MatrixIT credentials to securely access company resources. For further information on how to use the client, see the Appgate SDP Manual.

What is Appgate SDP?

Secure Remote Access

Appgate SDP (Software-Defined Perimeter) is a Zero Trust security solution that provides secure, encrypted access to MatrixIT's internal network resources. Think of it as a secure tunnel that connects your device to company systems, no matter where you are.

Why Do I Need It?

With Appgate SDP, you can securely access MatrixIT resources such as:

  • Company file servers and shared drives
  • Internal applications and databases
  • Remote desktop connections
  • Other network resources

All connections are encrypted and protected, ensuring your data remains secure whether you're working from home, on the road, or in the office.

How It Works

Once installed and configured, the Appgate SDP client:

  • Authenticates you using your MatrixIT credentials
  • Creates a secure, encrypted connection to MatrixIT's network
  • Grants you access only to resources you're authorized to use
  • Monitors and logs all access for security purposes

The connection is automatic once you sign in - no complex setup required!
